Welcome to SoloLoot. By placing an order on our store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

SoloLoot sells printed clothing and items inspired by the anime, geek, manga, gaming, and streetwear universe.

Product images are shown for illustrative purposes. Slight differences in color, size, or print appearance may occur depending on the screen used or the printing process.

Orders

After placing an order, the customer may be contacted by phone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm the delivery information.

SoloLoot reserves the right to cancel an order if the information provided is incorrect, incomplete, or if the customer does not respond to the confirmation request.

Prices

Prices displayed on the website are in Moroccan dirhams MAD, unless otherwise stated.

SoloLoot reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applied is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.

Payment

We offer Cash on Delivery in Morocco.

The customer pays the full order amount to the delivery person upon receiving the package.

Shipping

Shipping is available in Morocco. Delivery times may vary depending on the city and product availability.

The customer must provide a complete address and a valid phone number.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before it is shipped by contacting us quickly at: info@sololoot.com.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Liability

SoloLoot cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, an incorrect address, the customer’s absence, or circumstances beyond our control.
