Return and Refund Policy

At SoloLoot, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Our products are printed clothing and items inspired by the anime, geek, and streetwear universe.

Return Conditions

You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order, provided that:

  • the item has never been worn, washed, or used;
  • the item is in its original condition;
  • the item is returned with its original packaging if possible;
  • you contact us before sending the product back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part:

  • personalized items or items specially printed for the customer;
  • items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or are incomplete;
  • items returned without prior request.

Defective Product or Order Error

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we may offer:

  • an exchange;
  • a replacement;
  • or a refund, depending on the case.

Refunds

For orders paid by cash on delivery, the refund may be made through a method agreed upon with the customer, such as bank transfer, mobile transfer, or another available solution.

Shipping fees are not refundable, unless the error comes from SoloLoot.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a confirmed defective product.
