SoloLoot ships orders within Morocco.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to several cities and regions in Morocco. Delivery availability may depend on your address.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are generally 2 to 7 business days after order confirmation.

These times may vary depending on:

  • the delivery city;
  • product availability;
  • periods of high demand;
  • carrier conditions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free for all orders placed on SoloLoot within Morocco.

No additional shipping fees will be requested from the customer upon receiving the package. The customer only pays the total amount of the order by cash on delivery.

SoloLoot reserves the right to modify its free shipping policy in the future, but any change will be clearly indicated on the website before order confirmation.

Order Confirmation

For cash on delivery orders, we may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before shipment.

If the customer does not respond or provides incorrect information, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

Receiving the Package

The customer must be available to receive the package and pay the full amount to the delivery person.

In case of absence or refusal to receive the package, additional fees may apply for a new delivery attempt.
